LRT Lubricants EP 0 Semi Fluid Grease - 12.5 kg Keg

LRT EP 0 Semi-Fluid Grease is a lithium-based NLGI 0 grease made for centralised and automatic lubrication systems. Its soft, semi-fluid consistency pumps easily through auto-lube lines and distributors, while extreme-pressure (EP) and anti-wear additives protect heavily loaded bearings and pivots. Supplied in a 12.5 kg keg for workshops, fleets and farms.

• HGV, trailer and bus auto-lube systems – chassis, fifth wheel and suspension points
• Agricultural machinery – tractors, loaders, balers and harvesters fitted with central lubrication
• Plant and construction equipment – excavators, telehandlers and dumpers
• Industrial machinery – anti-friction (rolling) and plain bearings under high load
• Manual greasing – can also be applied by hand or grease gun where a softer grease is needed

Application

Apply by hand or through any centralised lubrication system capable of pumping NLGI 0 grease. When changing from another grease, check compatibility first; if in doubt, purge the old grease from bearings and lines before filling.

Frequently asked questions

Will it work in my auto-lube system?
It is suitable for centralised systems designed to pump NLGI 0 grease. Check your system's handbook for the required grade, or give us a call with the make and model.

Can I mix it with the grease already in my system?
Mixing different greases can cause problems, particularly if the thickeners differ. This is a lithium grease, so it is generally best used where lithium grease was used before. If you are unsure, purge the system first.

Is there a discount for buying more than one keg?

How quickly will it arrive?
Orders placed before 11am on a working day are dispatched the same day, with tracking where available. You can also collect from our Burscough unit between 08:00 am and 5:30 pm.

We use APC for most deliveries; for larger orders that require pallet delivery, please contact us by phone or email to arrange this. Orders are usually collected between 11:30 AM and 4:00 PM—place yours by 11:00 AM for same-day dispatch, otherwise it will be sent the next working day. Weekend deliveries aren’t available unless selected at checkout, and tracking details will be provided where available.
