Specifically developed for ZF/Porsche double-clutch transmissions with wet clutch. With BluEV Technology additionally applicable in hybrid and electrical vehicles of different manufacturers such as Mercedes Benz.

Description

TITAN FFL-3 is a special transmission oil that was developed in an exclusive partnership with ZF/Porsche for the specific demands of ZF/Porsche double-clutch and manual transmissions. TITAN FFL3 was developed to meet modern requirements; it is based on selected base oils and state-of-the-art additive technology. Thanks to its modern BluEV
Technology formulation, the product TITAN FFL-3 meets the requirements of conventional as well as electric and hybrid drivetrains. It ensures optimum friction properties and precise/fast shifting even under the most extreme loads. Moreover TITAN FFL3 meets the complex non-ferrous metal and electronic component requirements, which are of critical importance for the proper functioning of the electrical/hydraulic control circuit. TITAN FFL-3 offers optimum wear and tear protection throughout the component's life cycle.

Application

TITAN FFL-3 was developed specifically for use in ZF double-clutch and manual transmissions. TITAN FFL-3 is the only product that has been exclusively approved for use in ZF 7-speed double-clutch transmissions pursuant to ZF TE-ML 11. This range of transmissions is installed in a wide range of Porsche models (Porsche PDK). TITAN FFL-3 was originally developed for conventional applications but additionally fulfills the requirements in selected hybrid and E-applications according to the manufacturers
specifications. BluEV Technology therefore builds the bridge between existing and new lubricant applications. Furthermore, TITAN FFL-3 has been exclusively approved for ZF S6-35/S6-45 manual transmissions, which are installed by manufacturers such as BMW, Mercedes-Benz and Jaguar Land Rover. The product must be homogenized before use.

To maintain the unobjectionable operation of the transmission, TITAN FFL-3 must not be mixed with any other transmission oil. For information on product safety and proper disposal please refer to the latest Material Safety Data Sheet. Note: This product was
previously marketed as PENTOSIN FFL-3.
